Commercial terms

Scope

Sales are reserved to professional operators (B2B) holding a VAT number. Orders are deemed accepted upon written confirmation by Panev Ascensori SAS.

Prices

Prices in euro, excl. VAT, per single unit, as per the 2026 price list. Items marked “on request” are quoted per job. Volume and recurring-supply discounts on request. Subject to change.

Shipping

Free across Italy for orders above € 500 (excl. VAT); below that threshold shipping costs are borne by the customer and are stated in the order confirmation. Standard delivery 2 – 5 working days; express 24 – 48 h on request.

Payment

Advance bank transfer; RIBA for regular customers with a commercial credit line; credit card. Electronic invoicing through the Italian Exchange System (SdI).

Warranty

2 years on manufacturing defects. Apparent defects: notice within 15 days of delivery. Hidden defects: notice within 15 days of discovery and within 24 months of delivery. Free replacement of non-conforming components.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Compliance and industrial property

Products compliant with UNI EN 81, steel compliant with UNI EN 10025, suitable for UNI 10411 inspection. System protected by utility model patent No. 202023000002112 (UIBM), valid until 19 May 2033.
