Notice provided under Articles 13–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for users of panevascensori.it.
Data controller
Panev Ascensori SAS, Via Madonna del Salvatore 6, 20010 Vittuone (MI), Italy, VAT IT09346970966 — email: info@panevascensori.it, tel. +39 379 296 9699.
Data processed and purposes
We only process the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or by email (name, company, email, phone, message content), solely to answer your enquiry, handle orders and quotes and fulfil contractual, accounting and tax obligations. We also record the IP address and the date/time of submission for abuse prevention and form security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Providing your data is optional, but necessary to receive a reply. After submitting you receive an automatic confirmation email. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. The order list is stored only in your browser (localStorage), is not transmitted until you send the enquiry yourself, and is deleted with “Clear the list”.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics tools, so no consent banner is shown. Strictly necessary technical cookies, if any, do not require consent.
Retention
Messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the enquiry; in case of an order, commercial and tax documentation is kept for the statutory periods (10 years).
Recipients
Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It is accessible only to authorised staff and to the technical providers hosting the website and email (servers in the European Union), appointed as processors where required.
Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@panevascensori.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
